Red, Raised, Itchy Blotches On Elbow. Visited Garden Day Before Noticing This

Good day,
My question is, I have red, raised ,ichie blotches on my elbow near the inside and on my foot near the ankle.
I have never had this before, I am not taking any medication,not a where of any allergies, I am 40 years old.
I went on a retreat to a botonical garden on Saturday and notice it on Sunday.
What could it be

Hi,
From history it seems that you might got some allergy while gone to botanical garden.
Take some antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl tablet for 1-2 days.
Apply some anti-allergic cream or moisturizing cream.
Ok and take care.
