Red Spots With White Head All Over The Bottom Back Of Legs.What Could This Be ?
When I started to see my ex partner he had these red like spots but with a white head right in the middle if these red spot like things he had them all over his bottom the backs of his legs the front of his legs and also the bottoms of the backs of his legs and now I've started to get these same spots on the tops of my legs the backs the sides the bottoms basically all over my legs one or two may itch but not much if any think when I pick the head it hurts what do you suggest this could be!?

I can understand the concern for Red spots with white head all over the bottom back of legs.
In my opinion it appears to allergic dermatitis. I suggest you to apply medium potency steroid cream application because are best effective in these condition. I would have opted for either mometasone or Fluticasone or cortisone cream.
Do not pinch, pop or scratch or even touch the area unnecessarily as it can cause aggravation of the rash. Wear cotton clothes and cotton inner garments which will give a soothing feeling to the skin. Stay away from extreme of environment such heat and humidity.
