Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is likely based on the symptoms that you have described , that you have gastroenteritis.
This is usually a viral illness but in some cases can be caused by a virus.

The redness in the stool and vomit is likely blood and the heart burn would be as a result of the gastritis or inflammation of the stomach.

The main aspect of treatment of gastroenteritis is fluid management.
This means using enough fluid so that you do not become dehydrated.

Since you are vomiting , you should use small amounts frequently.
Use oral rehydration fluids or gatorade , one tablespoon at a time every few minutes.
If you are able to retain this, then you can increase the amounts that you use.

I hope this helps
