Reduced Smoking After Breathing Difficulty With Congestion In Throat, Nose And Lungs. Reason For Sharp Pain And Cramps In Stomach?

Ive been having difficulty breathing, my throat, nose and lungs feels very congested with thick phlegm. I smoke cigarettes very seldom. I smoke marijuana and Heroin off of foil. But i have cut back on that a lot & no cigarettes since this discomfort began. I get a very weird feeling in my chest, not sure if its my heart, its kind of like the feeling you get from coffee rush. Also my stomach feels like theres cuts inside it, and i get sharp pains and cramps what can this be??

i would seriously suggest you get yourself an
angiograpghy urgently
these could be cardiac symptoms
which are present atypically

hopefully there is no cardiac involvement
then other conditions can be ruled out
like
gastritis
asthma/copd
pneumonia
muscular discomfort etc
chest x ray and ugi endoscopy could be done in these cases
