Relapsed Foul Smell, Red Bits Of Tissue, White Frothy Substance In Urine And Burning Urination, Lower Back Pain, High Fever, Night Sweats, Weightloss. Remedy?

Went to Dr a month back with problems.Put me on 2 weeks antibiotics..cleared up the problem.
Now it's back.Foul smell,red bits of tissue (just today) white frothy substance for a few days,& burning but not for long. I don't even pass much urine,but can't seem to hold it today.
Lower back pain about a month now,& sharp pain now & then behind lower left rib area. Also fever which I had before (up to 103+ at times) is now started again. Night sweats were unbelievable before antibiotics,& is also started again.
But don't really feel sick or depressed much at all. But my appetite comes & goes. Lost about 8-10 lbs....& is holding ,but not gaining.

Dear
I understand your concern.
Your symptoms corrresponds to so many problems.
You already consulted a physician, Go to the same person again.
Tell him your continuing problems.
He will evaluate physical and pathological signs.
For the time being, that will do good.
Mind you, you are not allowed to do self diagnosis.
Mainly because you are not qualified and of course, it will make you feel depressed.
Wish you speedy recovery.
