Relatively Large Labia Minora, Swelling, Discomfort, Itchiness, Burning. What Is Wrong?

i have relativley large labia minora and for as long as i can remember they have continued to swell up like balloons every other day. this causes alot of discomfort, itcheyness and burning to the extent where i find it difficult wearing underwear, participating in sports and having sex. i need advice on what to do and also i have recently noticed a tare below my clitorous but dont know how it got there?

LABIA minora enlargement may be due to congenital abnormalities .
May be venous blockage.
Lymphatic blockage,
Infection ( S T D).
Physical examination by a Gynaecologist will find out the exact cause of this enlargement .
So consult the Gynaecologist and get his opinion.
Blood examination for V D R L will be helpful.
