Relion Nonolin N Injection Not Available. What Should I Do ?

Yes. My husband has been using Relion Nonolin N inj for quite some time and for the past week I have been trying to pick-up his new prescription from Walmart in Chester, VA on Ironbridge Rd. and they re telling me they don t have any. Do you know if there is a problem in production or what the matter is. He just started on a new vial and has one more left in the fridge. Any suggestions?

I understand your concern.
Relion Novolin N is composed of 'insulin isophane'.
Insulin isophane is an intermediate-acting insulin that starts to work within 2 to 4 hours after injection, peaks by 4 to 12 hours, and keeps working for about 12 to 18 hours.
You can ask for alternate brands which manufactures the same composition for time being. You can switch over to your regular brand once it is available.
