Hi..  You can get allergen test to see if you are allergic to some thing.. Avoid those allergens and cold/refrigerated food... Get an evaluation from an ENT Specialist to check if there is a structural abnormality that could be causing the symptoms.. Mulivitamin pills and good healthy diet is also essential in preventing the episodes..
