Removed Glioma Tumor. Done MRI. Have Headache, Fever, Vomiting. Right Medication?
Hi my name is Luis my girlfriend had a glioma tumor removed 5 months ago she finished the radiations 3 months ago and her MRI said there was no tumor that was 3 weeks ago, but about 2 weeks ago she is been having bad headaches, little fever and now vomiting,I took her to the ER and they did a bunch of test including a scan and didn't see anything. Can anybody help please? Thanks
HI Thank for asking to HCM If all the test came unremarkable then the present complain may not be related with previous brain condition and may be something else and for that she need to be clinically examined, but symptoms can be treated and for that give her acetaminophen 600mg along with domeperidom tab thrice a day along with omeprazole 40 mg once in day look for stress level functional disturbances can not be rule out, this could be possible cause, have nice day.
