Repeated Cycles With Less Period Flow, Only Spotting With Cramps. What Could Be The Cause?

For the month of May my period began a week late, the month of June I didn t have one at all, for July I woke up cramping and thought ok my period, placed a pad and had barely anything in it all day. but what did show was bright red yet pinkish looked like the red had been mixed with water, today i woke with nothing but cramps and nothing in my pad but a few brown spots?

you need a gynecological check up .
Clinical examination will most probably reveal the cause .
Pregnancy test , u s g exam. will decide the line of management .
