General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
May be due to tuberculosis,
bronchiectasis ,
thickened pleura,
herniation of left lung.
However consultation with a pulmonologist will help you .
If possible upload reports , there after any decision could be taken regarding treatment.
Good Luck.
Dr. HET
