Report Shows Uterus Has Homogeneous Myometrial Echopattern, No Focal Mass Seen, Normal Size Ovaries With Small Follicles, No Cul De Sac. Explain

uterus ia normal in size and measures 5.1x3.4x3.4 cm. it has homogeneous myometrial echopattern. the endometrial stripe measures 0.7cm. no focal mass is seen. The right ovary measures 2.7x1.1x1.3cm wyl d left ovary measures 2.5x1.8x1.5cm. both ovaries are of normal size w/ few small follicles. No cul de sac pathology appreciated.

This ultrasound report is totally normal for a woman in her fertile years. From it, you should be in the second half of your cycle seen the thickness of the endometrium. Your age would have been very helpful because if you are into menopause, the thickness would be a concern to us. Cul de sac is the lowest point in the pelvis and fluids settle here first. When there is no ptahology here, it means there is no fluid in the pelvis or a mass growing there.
