Reports Shows Gestational Sac With A Double Decidual Reaction, No Fetal Pole, 4 Weeks Of Gestation. What Does This Mean ?

i went to the ER the 1st of March. this is what they put in my chart, Today s examination demonstrates a gestational sac with a double decidual reaction. This measures 4 x 4 x 3 mm in size. No fetal pole or yolk sac are identified. This suggests a 4 weeks 6 day gestation. Expected date of confinement would be 11/02/2013. Both ovaries appear normal. No free fluid seen within the pelvis . No abnormal adnexal masses are seen. What does this mean?
