Result Of Hysterosalpingogram Test Showed Bilateral, Stenosed Fallopian Tubes. Explain

I had hysterosalpingogram test. Findings: Birateral fallopian tubes are obstracted with no free spillage of contrast ino peritoneal cavity.The cervical and uterine outlines are normal. there are no constant filling defects or mucosal irregularities. there are no congenital abnormalities.
The conclusion: Bilateral, stenosed fallopian tubes.

Hello.

Sadly it appears that both your fallopian tubes, which passage through which a egg (follicle) produced at the ovary passes to reach the uterus.

For conception this egg needs to be fertilized by a sperm and pass through the tubes to reach the uterus. Thus, if these tubes are blocked, pregnancy (intra-uterine) cannot occur.

Of course attempts at removal or clearing of these adhesions or stenosis can be made, but successful conception after this procedure would still be considered a miracle.

There are various conditions like tuberculosis that can cause such a presentation. I am sorry to inform this to you.
