Hi and thanks for this query. I am so sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. Swollen lower legs cannot be caused by a pinched nerve. Pinced nerves cause paiin rather. Each time both lower legs are swollenn, we must investigate teh heart;, liver, kidneys and your nutritional status. I will suggest tht you get consulted by your primary care physician who would establish the most likely cause and direct you to the right specialist for a more omprehensive and exhaustive evaluation.
