Rhematoid Arthritis, SGPT 58, Shrinking Lung

my mother age is now 59. she has suffering rheumato artheritis since last 4-5 years. we already consult with doctor and they gave medicine like prednisolone , sazo 500 and now 1 gm. rablet IT, Etova 400 and folic acid . now a days when i checked by another doctor he stopped all the prednisolone and gave another medicine.. like HCQS,, torlactone,,, Imuran,,, now weight is 92 kg. but test shows SGPT ALT 58.. SGOT within the limit.... lungs become shrings... what i do .....

you need to continue with the medication and also maybe consult a pulmonologist in view of shrinking lungs.
as this could be a complication of the disease and if it is severe it needs to be treated along with the problem of arthritis.
