Right Lower Cheek Extending To Half Of Chin Became Numb With Tingling Sensation

Hello. I m 41 years old. 5 days ago the right lower cheek extending to right half of my chin became numbnish with tingling sensation. I don t have any facial weakness, taste and mastication problems. My skin is normal appearing. What can this be due? Do I need a work up?

hello there thnks for consulting at hcm,, it could be due to infecttion in the teeth ,causing cellulitis,,, take a course of antibiotics and analgesics,,if it doesnt subside plz consult a local dentist for the same, hope it helps..
