Right Ovary :- A cystic mass is seen in the right adnexa measuring 57.2mm *47.9mm in size. thick echoes and tissue is seen in the mass .

opinion:- ultra Sound findings Suggestive of P.I.D with Cystic mass in the Right adnexa Suggestive of Right Ovarian Cyst.

Hello,
The sonogram findings should be correlated with the clinical findings before proceeding with the appropriate treatment. The endometrium is thicker than normal for a non-pregnant uterus, the ovarian cyst is of significant size and its nature should be ascertained by further study to plan treatment. Small non-functional cysts can be observed without any treatment as they regress spontaneously while functional cysts need treatment. Please discuss further management with your consultant. Hope this helps.
