Right Testicle Moved Up During Hernia Operation, Not Moved Down On Its Own. What To Do ?

I had a hernia operation about a year ago and my doctor said he had to move my right testicle up inside my right side because there was fluid on it but that my testicle would move back down on its own. Well it has not moved back down on its own and I do not know what to do now. What can I do about my problem, I do not feel like a real man with
only one testicle in my testicle sack.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic.Thank you for the query.
it is not just about this feeling, testicles should be down because of temperature and this can affect on fertility so consult your urologist or surgeon about the new procedure. This is not common complication of hernia repait, but is possible.
Wish you good health. Regards
