Hi
Welcome to HCM

If you can move your thumb easily in all directions then most probably its not fractured however with fall by putting pressure on your hand there are chances that you might have damaged you tendon or joint capsule or any of its ligament and nerve also which causes numbness. It is recommended to have an x-ray. NSAIDs like diclofenic will help you through the pain

Thanks
Regards
