Right Vocal Chord Paralysis, Extreme Coughing. On Speech Therapy. Would It Show On CT Scan?

I m trying to determine the best treatment for my right vocal chord paralysis . I am in week 4 of speech therapy . I understand about the injections . Direct visualization of vocal cords via laryngoscope is best method to determine any damage to vocal cords than CT scan.
Best doctor would be a ENT specialist to examine and properly guide in you in treatment.
