Rumbling Pain In Abdomen, When About To Pass Stool, Feeling Sick. Had Food Poisoning. Any Ideas?

I went to Egypt two weeks ago and had food poisoning with stomach cramps, sickness and diarrhoea. Now for 2 weeks since my bowel movement is more regular and I get a rumbling pain in my abdomen when I need to pass a stool. My stools are soft and light brown/ orange in colour and get softer the more I pass. I sometimes feel slightly sick but not enough to be sick and I go hot and cold particularly at night .

Thanks for posting the question to H.C.M. Forum.
In food poisoning there are diarrhea & vomiting,mild chills and fever.
When diarrhea is there excessive amount of water is lost.
Besides also there is loss of certain essential minerals with this water loss.
Now your query is this that still you feel sick and somewhat hot & cold ,so these are side effects of food poisoning.
Now either you take essential minerals in food or you have to take drip of Elecrolytes M 3-4.
Plenty of fluid with juice are advised.

It could be the consequence of the infection in the recent past.
At times, they are normal occurrence at times (borborygmi)...
Get the stool examined...
If the problem continues, you have to see a Gastro-enterologist and may need a colonoscopy...
