Running Nose And Upset Stomach. Why Is He Crying Nonstop?

My son has been sick for 3 days now with a runny nose , watery eyes sore throat and upset stomach . He hasn t been eating much. And I took his temperature 3 different times and it went from 97.1 to 96.8 down to 95.6. He isnt acting like his normal self. He is crying non stop and having a hard time sleeping. We found out in August thay something abnormal showed up in his blood work so now he has to see a gi specialist please help
