i used to run regularly on the treadmill(4 days a week) , but nowadays i find that i am unable to run on a particular day if i have run the day before. I usually run 2 miles at 7.5 miles /hr on the treadmill. I m unable to put weight on my ankles at high speeds on the treadmill.Can you suggest a remedy for this pain.

It must be a temporary phenomenon. You must have been hurt or sprained your legs. take rest and some pain killers for two days. you will be alright.
