Traumatic rupture s generally treated by special suturing and immobilisation which i guess was done. However, its been over four months yet you still complain of pain. Normally three months is good enough for an appreciable healing. The persistence of pain warrants a detail examination to rule out associated fractures that might have mal-union or non-union or associated nerve injuries.
