SLE, The Organ Attacking Lupus, Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome, Apin In Prostrate, Pneumonia. Could This Be From Lupus ?

Hi, my husband has SLE the organ attacking lupus he was diagnosed in November 2009; over the next few months he was diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, and lupus nephritis. He does not take his medicine as directed and several weeks back he had three teeth pulled, which then caused him to have a lupus flare, while doing test he was told he also had pnemounia in both lungs. Now today he has had pain in his prostates and just now showed me several knots in each. Could this be from his lupus and is it something we should go to ER for tonight?

Greetings.
Prostatic Pain doesn't need emergency visit but its to severe or bleeding than visit ED.
Patient should be councelled to take his Lupus/MCTD medicine regularly.
Get done CT thorax,Sputum Test with some basic investigation to r/o interstitial lung problem vs. infectious pneumonia.If he is taking steroids than be more cautious.
