Scaly Rash On Penis, Itchy Anus And Scrotum. Applied Nappy Rash Cream. Red Bumps, Soreness. Worried

I have had a scaley rash on bottom of shaft through training and looked like excma or dermatits and was applying nappy rash and moisture to soothe it. It's been very itchy anus and scrotoms plus bottom of shaft for a few weeks.

On weekend went in surf with swimmers on and all night it's got worse were know I was waking up every few fours putting mousturising on it. Now I've woken up with both sides with a server rash on my thighs and with over 50 little red bumps ? Plus the rash on my shaft is very red and virtually all over it and is sore.

Will see doctor today but just worried.

Hi,
From your history and site of having lesion it seems that there might be fungal infection on the part.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Take oral anti-fungal tablet.
For itching you may take Cetrizine as and when required.
Keep local part clean,dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
