Scan Report Showed Multiple Utrine Fibroids. What Does This Mean? Solution?

i went for a scan and the report is as follow: bulky non gravid, myomatous anteverted uterus, containing multiple intramural and sub serous fibroids of varying sizes. normal endometrial lining seen. both ovaries are within normal limit. the Pod is free. no ectopic cyesis seen.

pls how dengrious is this scan or pls what is the solution

As you are having multiple fibroids of with sizes around 4 to 5cms, now the treatment options depends on:
-The symptoms you are having
-Your age
-Family completed or not.
Depending on these factors further treatment can be planned.
