I am 28yrs and just had a baby about 5months now, my scan result shows a bulky uterus with AP diameter of 5.8cm. the echo pattern is largely homogenous. the myometrium is expanded by solid tissue masse with mixed echo textures and AP diameters (a) 2.4cm intramural in the upper anterior wall and (b) 3.1cm intramural in the posteriorundal wall. the Endometrial thickness is normal. Both ovaries appear normal in sizes and structure. Adnexae bilaterally free. pouch of douglas is normal. no free pelvic collection. no cyst. no cyesis or retained products of conception sighted. what does all these mean in simple words?
