Scan Showed Gestational Sac/yolk Sac Collapsed And No Fetal Growth. Is There A Hope? Miscarriage?

I went to the hospital three days ago and was told after doing an u/s that I had a gestational sac/yolk sac however there was no fetal pole. I was advised that I was in the process if miscarrying because the fetus had expired. I didn't take that as the final say I scheduled a scan with a specialist who said my sac looked collapsed. He told me to reschedule in a week to see if they find any growth or heartbeat. According to my calculations at the time I would have been 7 weeks from last menstraul with a 33 day cycle. Do you know if there's hope. The physician at the hospital said I will miscarry in 2 or 3 days but nothing is happening

hello good morning i hope u may saved from miscarriege .u have 7 week pregency so heart beat must start if it not start means some thing is going wrong u may not miscarry yr self i think u have to abort yr fetus, if it dead there is nouse of keep it in yr self it will harm u so take decision fast and if u have doubt consult yr other gynecologist and be sure yr fetus is dead. u should do some test before yr next pregency ask yr gynecologist
