Scan Showed Thick Walled Cystic Mass With Internal Echoes And Septations In Midline Pelvis. Nausea, Feeling Of Heaviness. Help

Today i've had transabdominal and transvaginal scans performed. It showed that i've a 9.0 cm (LS) x 5.3 cm (AP) x 7.0 cm (TR) thick walled cystic mass containing medium level internal echoes and multiple internal septations seen in the midline pelvis. No free fluid identified. Also i'm nauseous and feeling like i'm heavily pregnant, please help me understand my predicament. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The cystic mass that has been detected on the ultrasound scan is likely to be related to the ovaries. This needs further evaluation and a repeat scan after 6 weeks to see the growth or change in size.
