Scan Shows Stroke In Brain And Not Functioning Properly. How To Treat It?

How do I know that either there is any disorder in brain or it is epilapsy. In ct skan (photo) it shows stroke on left side of brain. Blood is not circulating properly. In left side, it shows some part is jam with blood and I think not functioning properly. From last 27 years I have shown and changed many doctors. But no results. It does t work. Please help me. Which medicine should I take.

Here you have told there is stroke as per MRI, but I want to know do you have any symptoms like weakness of your left side body may be hand and leg movement with sensory change or say symptoms like balance and co ordination problems. And if there is no problem like this then only basic medication has to be followed as per your neuro physician advice for prevention of recurrence. Also should check on blood pressure regularly.
Here if you have symptoms like what I have mention above then you need to follow physiotherapy rehabilitation program and along with that should take medication again as per your neuro physician advice.
One more most important thing is you need to understand post stroke attack the improvement also depends on the amount of damage in brain. So improvement will happen up to one limit beyond that it use to be maintaianace phase.
