Scrapped Baby's Soft Spot While Taking Baby Out Of Car Seat, No Bleeding But Little Redness. Anything To Worry?

DAUGHTER CALLED IN A PANIC AS SHE WAS TAKING BABY OUT OF CARSEAT, CARRYING HANDLE SCRAPED BABYS SOFT SPOT. SAID THAT IT LOOKED AS IF SOFT SPOT WAS BULGING A LITTLE BUT COULD BE THAT MY DAUGHTER WAS SO FREAKED OUT BY INCIDENT THAT SHE SEES THE SOFT SPOT AS LITTLE SWOLLEN WHEREAS I THINK ITS SOMEWHAT HER PARANOID WIT THIS BEING FIRST BORN. STATES NO BLEEDING JUST LITTLE REDNESS SOON AFTER INCIDENT

It is usual for the part to become red if scratched by the blunt handle
Probably there may be slight bleeding under the skin or subcutaneous tissue.
Definitely it will vanish without any problem.
