Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Regarding motility, 50% of sperms should have forward motility to be normal.
But it may vary from lab to lab.
However, 35 % active motility is below normal.

These results of semen analysis test do not necessarily predict the eventual outcome.

In my experience, even couples with poor results conceived without any assistance.
As you already had one child, i advise you to wait for 6 months or year till you get pregnant.
If possible, Check whether is there any antibodies against sperm.
After one year, if it is not fruitful, then assist methods for pregnancy.
If he is a smoker or alcoholic, advise him not to smoke and not to take alcohol.
Advise him to take healthy diet and do exercise regularly.

Hope this helps.
If you have additional follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
Take care.
