General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, I have gone through your query.
Though the active motility is 50% the sperm count is 55 million / ml and hence there is no much difference and its not a problem.
Sometimes pus cells can be found if there is infection along the genitourinary tract when it passes. Take some genital tests for infections to rule out.
Hope this helped.
Thanks.
