DR,Below is my Semen Analysis report Please suggest: Quantity: 1.5ML, Color: pearly White, Reaction Alkaline, Liquification Time: 25 Mins, Visosity: viscoid, Fructose: Positive, Total Sperm count: No living or dead sperm seen, Sperm Motility: 0%, Active: 0%, Sluggish: 0%, Dead Sperm: 0%, Abnormal Forms: 0%, PUS cell: 2-3 HPF, Epithelial cells: 3-4 HPF, ..

You have a abnormal Semen analysis report as the Liquefaction time is Prolonged as the normal time is less than 20 minutes. The Normal sperm count per ml should be, 20 million sperms/ml, in your case it is absent. The other parameters are also abnormal. You may want to get yourself examined by a Urologist to rule out the exact cause. Whether it is Testicular Absence, failure, Infection (2-3 HPF) varicocele etc.

First of all i should inform you that the report is not good.
As you have mentioned in your report of semen analysis that your sperm count is zero that means there is no production of sperm from your testis or there is blockage in the transport pathway of sperm. To detect the problem you should a consult a surgeon as soon as you can.

I am sorry to say but sir your semen analysis is bad because it does not show sperms at all;there is no sperm dead or alive.The reason for this has to be investigated to see if there is any obstruction because of which the sperms are not coming out or to find if there is production of sperms or no.Please consult a Urologist who will examine you ;investigate you and treat you for the cause and things should improve.But before doing that please repeat semen analysis and this time you should keep complete 7 days abstinence from sex and do it to see if the second report is better than the first.
