Semen Analysis Shows Some Agglutination Is Seen. Meaning?
Please evaluate my semen analysis as following and if there are any problem give me a solution and advise if is it a big problem or not.
Examination of seminal fluid
Color: greyish white
Opalescent
Volume: 4.0ml
Method of production: Masturbation
Reaction: alkaline pH 8.0
Viscosity: Hyper Viscous
Sperm Concentration: 50,000,000 ml
Total count 200,000,000 Ejaculation
Liquid after 180 min
Motility:
After 30 min (PR+NP%) 80%
After 1 hour (PR+NP%) 75%
After 2 hours (PR+NP%) 70%
After 3 hours (PR+NP%) 65%
Sperm type of motility:
1- Immotile (IM) 20%
2- Total Motility (PR+NP) 80%
a- Progressive Motility (PR) 60%
b- Non progressive Motility (NP) 20%
Abnormal Forms (According to
Kruger’s Classification)
Total abnormal forms 40%
a- Abnormal head forms 20%
b- Mid-portion abnormalities 10%
c- Tail abnormalities 10%
Spermatogenic cells 3-5 X100.000 /ml
Pus cells 2-4 X100.000 /ml
Red blood cells 1-2 /H.P.F.
Comment: Some agglutination is seen.

Aggutination simply means some of the sperm cells sticking to each other. Minimal is no problem.
Over all, this is a good semen analysis report. No issues to worry about.
