sir i am 24 years old i have problem semen leakage during sleep and after urine passing?

hello.
passage of semen during sleep is very normal and harmless. But in your case since it is passing after urination we need to take care. if this semen after urine is about few drops then do not worry wait for some days, your body may recover it itself. bt if th quantity is much or if continues for some longer time ( with foul smell, burning, itching) then you have to visit the doc who will go for ur urine tests, blood tests like cbc, and then the further procedure of medication can be done ( if any associated urine infection. or gonnoreoal infection found etc.)
