Semen Test Done. What Does My Sperm Count Indicate?
hi doc Reasentlly i done my semen test this is the result:- Volume 3.5ml Viscosity Viscous Normal Color Greyish White Reaction Alkaline Liquification Time Lessthan 30 mts MICROSCOPIC EXAM :- Total Count of Sperm 60 million/ml MOTILITY:- Active Motile 80% Sluggish Motile 05% Non Motile 15% MORPHOLOGY :- Normal Sperm 80% Abnomal Sperm 20% Sperm agglutination Seen (mixed) Absent Puuss Cells 3-5/hpf RBC 0-2/hpf sir this result is normal or any problums

Firstly, the physical examination is within normal limit.
Sperm count is normal.
Motility is within normal limit.
Normal sperm is also within normal limit.
But presence of pus cells indicates infective condition. You should consult with your treating doctor about it.
