Semi Solid Stools Post Every Meal, Flatulence With Bad Smell, No Abdominal Pain, Taking Only Rice As Primary Food. Cause?
i have been suffering from semi solid stools from past 1 month. no pain in abdomen , GAS has bad smell. i need to go for toilet after 1 hr of lunch, dinner regularly. i have to go around 2-3 times a day. if i take heavy dinner then 3-4 times. i m now taking rice only as my primary food in lunch and dinner. generally when i was not having this problem it was having snake like shape as solid, but now its semi solid, sometimes it has shape like ribbon thin and some times without any shapes
This seems like a non-specific intestinal colitis. The treatment is symptomatic. You need to alter your eating habits and go into a bland diet with lots of fruits and vegetable salads.
If these symptoms continue over the next few months, you may need to be assessed by a colonscopy to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.
De-stress yourself as much as you can. Take probiotics like Yoghurt daily.
Wish you speedy recovery.
