Sensitive To Touch Nose After Being Banged On Nose Followed By Throbbing And Swelling. Could The Nerve Be Damaged?

I was hit on the nose hard by bang if someone s else s head! I was in so much pain my eyes watered and saw stars ! Throbbed very badly for hours and swelled on left side ! Throbbed for 3 days with nerve pain shooting up to my head! It s been 2 weeks and left side of nose very sensitive to touch cannot rub it or wipe it! It feels like nerve damage . Shooting pain shoots up to head if rubbed or squeezed . Didn t go to dr yet !?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having nasal cartilage damage giving rise to this problem.
Go for one anti-inflammatory medicine course.
Apply ice pack for few days.
If there is soreness in the nose apply antibiotic cream inside the nasal cavity.
Ok and take care.
