Sepsis, Low Blood Pressure, Fever, Urine Infection, Feels Tired, Pain In Hips And Thighs
My dad got sepsis after having a prostate biopsy and was in hospital for 1 week. He had low blood pressure and very high temperate and urine infection. He is home now but is very tired and keeps complaining of pain in his hips and thighs. Is this normal? He won t go and see a doctor and says he s fine but my family are still worried.

Prostate biopsy is known to cause sepsis. I am happy that he is out of it. Fever from any cause can put people out of routine.
He is just recovering and it is called convalescence. Let him take healthy food, plenty of oral fluids.
He needs to report to a doctor if he has fever again, blood in urine or burning while passing urine.
Otherwise it can be managed at home. Hope i have helped u.
