Hi my name is Paula, I visited my obgyn in August, my lab came back saying serum testosterone was slightly low but requires no treatment, I did tell the Dr. of the hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, mood swings, not sleeping, etc.. Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have varied symptoms like night sweating,fatigue,mood swing etc.
All these symptoms are due to hormonal imbalance that occur at the pre- menopausal age group.
Please consult qualified Gynaecologist for clinical evaluation .You may need to take hormones especially Oestrogen in small doses.
You can also try to allay your anxiety by doing meditation for 30 minutes everyday.
