Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by partial bowels obstruction. This can be caused by abdominal adhesions (if there were any abdominal surgery), inflammatory bowels disease or even colon cancer. You may also suffer from weight loss, weakness, nausea, loss of appetite, blood in stool.
As blood work and stool tests were negative, and the symptoms are not getting better, some more tests are necessary. You should have colonoscopy, abdominal CT with oral contrast (enteroclysis) and gastroscopy performed to completely verify your intestines.

Hope this will help.
Regards.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
You are getting constant gas daily, when you have a big meal, your intestines make squeaking noises, some times pain and diarhea , all tests normal.
It appears to be the amoebiasis , or lactose intolarance, rarely seen in adults, or gluten reaction. it may also be due to diet habits, like irregular timings of diet, out side foods, alcohol.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I., stools for reducing substances, besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Wishing for quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
