Severe Acne, Scars In Jaw, Neck Area, Cheeks, Forehead. Cause, Home Remedies?

I have severe acnes on my jaw and neck area, and some on cheeks and forehead. I also have obvious scars caused by previous acnes. I consulted two dermatologists and the acnes are not completely cured. Now my face even has two skin tone due to scarring and pigmentation I believe. May I know the cause of acnes around neck and jaw area? And what's the alternatives to cure them without having to see a dermatologist? Thanks.

hi..
you have acne in the jaw line and forehead..
usually it is associated with hormonal imbalance..
see a endocrinologist for the hormones correction and also dermatologist..
keep the skin clean, away from sun exposure..
