Severe Arm Pain Above The Heart, Aggravates On Deep Breathing And Sneezing, Difficulty In Moving The Arm, No Injury. Cause?

Hi, My name is raj. I am suffering from severe pain at left arm front and back side also. Its above the heart . I am feeling too much pain when i take a long breathe and sneeze . Even when I tried to move my arm or on my wake up. its not allowing me to move my arm freely. But my arm doesn t injured externally or internally.

Thanks for query,
Your pain in arm seems to be muscular type.It is due to your position during sleep.Muscle contraction leads to this type of pain when it pulls abnormally without any visible injury.
You need mild muscle relaxant with anti inflammatory medicine.
