Severe Breath Taking Pains, Blood In Urine, Smells Like Vitamins, Dizziness, Panic. Help?

I am having severe breath taking pains n my right side with large amounts of blood in my urine it also smells like vitimins. Im very dizzy with extreme shortness of breath and spells of confusion an panic what cud this be ive been having these episodes for about 3weeks and i have passed over 16 stones this is very different
