Severe Chest Pain In The Mornings, Restriction In Aorta, Difficulty In Swallowing. On Aspirin For Heart Problem. Diagnosed Gastric Stomach Ulcers. Suggest

I have been diagnosed with Gastric stomach ulcers(3) said to be caused by aspirin I am taking as ongoing heart medication.I have been suffering with quite severe chest pains usually early morning between say 3 am & 6 am and would like to know if the ulcers could be the cause of the pain which usually only happens at night or early morning.
I recently saw my heart specialist with my blood results and he seemed quite happy that my heart was okay.
The "gut" specialist I am under (who has not spoken to the heart specialist) is of the opinion that it could be a heart problem.I am also suffering with a restriction in my aorta where it joins the stomach causing me problems at times in getting food down.Your comments would be appreciated.

Hi,
As your heart specialist has said that every thing alright with heart after all reports normal so it is confirmed that your problem is due to stomach only.
Late night or early morning problem you have is due to stomach which is empty and acid secretion is continued giving rise to pain and burning in upper stomach.
you might be having gastritis, hyper acidity or gastric ulcer.
Consult Gastro-enterologist and go for investigations like endoscopy.
Meanwhile take Omeprazole tablet as and when required.
Change your food habit.
Avoid spicy and junk food.
Ok and take care.
