Hello,

Welcome to the forum. I can understand your concern for the sufferings through which you are passing. Piles may take some time to get cured fully but if you follow the diet suggestions religiously yu can take control of your situation before it is too late.

Keep yourself hydrated well ( take 1-2 litres of clean hygienic water ), take a lot of fresh fruits, salads, soups, juice and energy drinks. Make sure to include diet rich in iron and fiber.

Hemorrhoids can occur due to hevy weight lifting or during pregnancy due to pressure of the foetus, taking fried spicy food or anal intercourse. Prolonged sitting/ standing or strenous work may cause piles.

Sitting on a warm bath ( switz bath ) gives relief, local application of haemmorhoid gel will help you feel better. Try to lose weight and perform regular exercises ( to bring flexion of the abdominal muscles to improve circulation in the rectal area). Do not hold toilet for a long time.

I suggest you to get clinically assessed to diagnose the degree ( first, second, third ) of haemorrhoid that is troubling you. This will help you get properly treated. If you have problems I am there to help you. Take care.
