Severe Cough, Throat Constriction, Pins And Needles Sensation Across Chest And Back. Cure?

I HAVE HAD A SEVSRE COUGH . LUNGS SOUND CLEAR JUST BRONCIAL. IT FEELS LIKE A PIECE OF PEPPER IN YOUR THROAT AND THEN CONSTRICTION. HAVE HAD THIS REPEATEDLY 1-2 TIMES A YEAR LIFE LONG. HOWEVER, YESTERDAY AND TODAY WHEN I COUGH REALLY HARD I GET STRONG PINS AND NEEDLE SENSATIONS ACROSS CHEST AND BACK. PRETTY PAINFUL. WHY IS THIS?

Force of cough creating normous amount of intra thoracic pressure diverting the pressure to muscle so muscles action potential is also enormous creating large disturbances in nuero muscular junction so you feel like that its a body physiologic activity in response to cough
